Your own energy and water supply at home with Nestaro
Your own resources. Integrated operation.
Nestaro is a premium home with its own energy and water supply. These systems were designed together with the architecture and building services to support everyday life.
What does the energy system provide?
On-site energy generation and battery storage serve household needs, heating, cooling and hot water. The current sales configuration produces more energy than it uses. We check the specific configuration and site conditions for each project.
What does your own water supply mean?
Nestaro collects, stores, treats and purifies rainwater. Water management is part of how the home works. Storage capacity is designed to cover approximately 7–8 rain-free months for a five-person household.
What do we discuss during a consultation?
We review the site, household size and usage needs. We assess the project conditions for energy and water supply in this context. The approved reference figures help you explore your options; commitments for a specific project are set out in its own documents.
