Building your Nestaro: from the first conversation to a finished home
We start with the location and your ideas
During the first consultation, we review where you would like to live, the lifestyle your home needs to support and your expectations. The specific configuration and assessment of site suitability are part of each individual project.
Production scheduling and manufacturing are separate stages
The start of production depends on available capacity. There may be a 2–3 month lead time before manufacturing begins. With sufficient capacity, the house components can be manufactured in approximately one week. We agree the specific schedule for each project.
On-site assembly is followed by completion
The indicative time for on-site structural assembly is approximately 5–6 days. This is followed by approximately 30 additional days of work to reach turnkey completion. Timings depend on project circumstances; the 5–6 days do not cover delivery of a fully finished, move-in-ready home.
What determines your quotation?
We refine the quotation and schedule based on the site, agreed layout, technical specification and available capacity. The indicative information on this website helps you explore the project; commitments are set out in the documents for your individual project.
